"Craig recently catered my daughter's wedding reception at our home. Holding this event at our home brought me a great deal of stress, but working with Craig was great. He was easy to get along with and listened to our ideas. He gave me lots of options and possibilities to choose from. We got exactly what we wanted at a great price. That day, I never worried about the kitchen or food, Craig had everything under control. When we saw the buffet table we were so pleased, it was lovelier than we had imagined it. He had the barbeque going and the yard smelled so good. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, from the fresh landscapes of fruit and vegetables to the chafing dishes of fish, potatoes and steak. The salads and fresh shrimp were abundant. People kept going back for more, they wanted a taste of everything. Everyone that day kept commenting on how good the food was and that everything tasted so great. Even 3 weeks later I still am getting comments on how good the food was and who did I get to do it. Not only did it turn out so wonderful, but Craig didn't leave until my kitchen was spotless and everything finished. I really did enjoy the day because I knew Craig would come through and he did above and beyond what I had hoped. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. It was such an important day for our family and Craig helped make the day all that more special."
